We are offering FREE classes for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to teach potential homeowners about their down payment assistance programs and financing options. The goal of the class is to help people purchase homes in Washington State with little to no out of pocket expense through these programs. They are available to anyone that is buying a home in Washington State and these classes will teach you all about these programs as well as the rest of the homebuying process.

You do NOT need to be a first time homebuyer! You can have a previous foreclosure or bankruptcy! You can have collection accounts or delinquent accounts! You just need to purchase a home in Washington State!

If you would like to register for one our classes, please RSVP with the Date and Location that you wish to attend. These dates are all listed below and are open to the public, but we do require that you RSVP in advance. Once you have, you will receive an email from your class instructor with the specific class information.

Lunch and Refreshments will be provided for all classes (except for Tacoma classes, only water will be provided due to library policy)

Upon completion of the class you will receive a certificate that is valid for two years. This certificate is required to utilize any of the programs offered by the WSHFC.
