Is there a break?

We will take 5-minute break in class, whether it be a bathroom break, to relieve some strain on the eyes. Or you can watch the educational video playing!

Question 2

Do I need to be there?

It would be nice if guardian/parents could join for 15 minutes of the first class, to get used to the technology. (especially when logging into Codemonkey, as students need to share screen). Also, they can keep an eye out for the parents' newsletter

Question 3

What are the technical requirements?

Since this is an online class, we do foresee some technical challenges. We need your cooperation, so your child stays engaged.
Your child should know basic things on Zoom like:
1. Switching between Zoom and their coding
2. Turning their camera and mic on to respond to others
3. Sharing their screen

Every child is different, so depending on their needs I will change the class.

No Instructor is Present?

Please wait 5 minutes after the start time before sending a message to account for unforeseeable technical issues. If the class still does not begin after 10 minutes, email support@sponteni.com and we're happy to help you connect! If the class starts late, extra time will be given at the end.

Do I need Zoom to join the class!

No! You just need a tablet or computer with a browser. You can just click "Join From Browser".

- (although if you install it would be very helpful to help fix code etc.). 
- Sometimes installing Chrome helps.
