It's Thanksgiving! A time to be grateful...and although 2020 has challenged our lives and routines, there is still much to be grateful for! For those of us who want to stay active and healthy from afar (by choice or by necessity), let's workout together! This special 90-minute class will offer cardio, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a fun, challenging format. Do as much or as little as you like--whatever time you want. Suitable for all fitness levels as this is easily modifiable. Commit to your well-being today and let's do this together!
