Come learn the basic on how to lift properly, how to structure a training schedule & get answers to all questions regarding fitness from Jesse Burdick a pro powerlifter / coach who can sign and Robin Horwitz a deaf powerlifter.
For who: Deaf people / Hearing people who can sign. Good for people who want to:
- Condition up and stay strong/firm
- Become stronger
- Acquire knowledge on how to lift properly without being injured with bad form - Develop strength for sports related activities (Football, etc)
This would include Bench Press, Squat, Deadlifts plus wide array of accessory work. This would also how to understand program which includes warm up - main work out - accessory work.
