TWSB NW – Cathedral Commons
This total-body conditioning class uses stretching, agility, and strength exercises used by dancers to tone, refine, and lengthen your muscles as well as increasing range of motion and joint strength. This is a perfect addition to your weekly schedule to build strength or to take as a warm-up before entering a full ballet class.
