Slow-paced, room temperature
A moving meditation that flows smooth and slow. With a full diaphragmatic breath (dirga pranayama) pace and intentional transitions, this class promotes breath awareness, mindfulness and a grounding, meditative quality, while still guiding you to an edge.
What to wear: We suggest comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most students wear leggings or yoga pants with a tank top or fitted tee. Class is practiced barefoot. Since the room is kept at room temperature, you won’t need any layers — but feel free to bring a light top for relaxation for savasana if you can get cold.
What to bring: A yoga mat, a sweat towel and a water bottle. We have mats and sweat towels for rent, water for purchase, and a water fountain to fill up your bottle. We will have all the necessary props for your class (blocks, straps, etc.).
