Sonfishers, a Florida Youth Conservation Center Network Partner since 2013 and an Outstanding Partner from 2021-2023. for our Fishing, Archery, and Wildlife Conservation Education programs.
Sonfishers Archery has been a partner in ministry with Centershot Ministries since 2019. Our instructors are USA Archery and Centershot/N.A..P. S. BAI Certified.
Our Scholar Archery Training Program is part of our FREE community outreach ministry of Calvary Chapel Merritt Island, FL. FREE still cost time, talents, and treasure of our all volunteer staff. We do appreciate donations to purchase and maintain equipment
This Archery program consist of 4 nine-week sessions. we begin with the Basics and each of the next session builds the archers skill set. We provide Genesis Original & Genesis Mini-Bows and Easton arrows as a routine part of all our Archery programs.
The skills are taught sequential, space for each class is limited. So, we ask the Archer to commit after attending the first time Sampler session. The Archer's commitment would only be for the remaining 8 weeks of the Basics Session. Thereafter, the archer may choose to continue with the rest of the training sessions or not.
The educational/training objective is to prepare the Archer to compete in tournaments and to receive a college scholarship offer.
