You need to do more than running to get prepared for your next race. You can't forget to recover and take care of your body

About this Event

Performance and Recovery is putting on a 2 day event for runners. Whether you are doing your long run or short recover run, come join us after. We encourage you to drive and park in our parking lot and walk across the pedestrian walkway to get to the Charles River running path. You can run whatever you had planned for the day and then stop by our office afterwards to do you stretching and cool down. We will provide mats, lacross balls and foam rollers for you to use at your own leisure. We will also be running our typical Saturday and Sunday group fitness classes. If you would like to join in after your run, you may do so for only $10 a class. Please sign up for the class prior to your run. We are also offering free 20 min NormaTec Compression Boot sessions. And last but no least, we will be offering 20% off all of our services if you book that day. That covers anything from group class packs, personal training, remote training plans, massage, acupuncture, cupping, normaTec packs or Chiropractic.

Saturday Group class Schedule

9am: TRX/KB Class

10am: Strength and Conditioning

11am: Power Yoga

12pm: TRX/KB Class

1pm: Vinyasa Yoga

- Chiropractic appointments available 9am-12pm (by appt only, must call ahead)

- Massage appointments available 12-4pm (by appt only, must call ahead)

Sunday Group Class Schedule

10am: Bootcamp

12pm :Strength and Conditioning

2pm: Yoga Class

4pm: Yoga Class
