FREE Runners Event

Are you new to running? Come along to this free event on Tuesday the 21st of March to and find out how you can reduce your injury rate and improve your performance. There will be a short presentation on injury prevention followed by the chance to put your questions to running coach Steve Bonthrone (Steve Bonthrone Fitness), physiotherapist Lorna Macdonald (Physiotherapy and Wellness) and Sports Podiatrist Alastair Dall. We will be happy to answer any running related question, whether it be related to injury, training, shoes or biomechanics. Places are limited so please confirm your interest ASAP. Although the event is free, we will be taking donations for local charity Homestart.
