Limit one test per month for non-DC Metro LSAT Prep students. No limit for DC Metro LSAT Prep students. Please help us keep these tests free and available to all by signing up only if you can commit to attending. Failing to attend without notifying us will result in the cancellation of all future test registrations. Failing to attend twice, even if you do notify us, will result in the cancellation of all future test registrations.
R.S.V.P. is REQUIRED - please sign up in advance! You must sign up no later than 5 p.m. the day before each test to be on the security list.
This weekend, we will be doing the December 2014 LSAT (PrepTest 74). You can take any test you want from September 2007 (PrepTest 52) through June 2016 (PrepTest 78) -- there will be an area where you can make this request when you sign up for the test. We do not offer tests older than September 2007/PrepTest 52.
Arrival information: Just wait outside 1701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW and the proctor will come down periodically to get you. Please do not ask the security guard to bring you upstairs; they are not technically supposed to let anyone into the building unless accompanied by one of our staff, although sometimes they will let you inside to wait in the lobby. The building is secured on weekends, meaning that a keycard is required four (4) times to get from the outside to the testing room -- please only come upstairs when escorted by a proctor. The proctor usually comes down to let people up once around 8:20 and again a couple minutes after 8:30. There will be other students there taking the test as well; just wait with them until you are let in.
Driving is not recommended unless you are familiar with downtown-area parking. Meters have a two-hour maximum and you should only use a metered spot if you have the ParkMobile app and can refill your meter from your phone. If you leave during the test to refill your meter, you will not be able to get back in. Most garages are $17-20, but there are a few that usually charge $6-8 on the weekend. Please research these options in advance.

Take this opportunity to see how you would perform on an actual previously administered LSAT exam. A proctor will administer and time the exam.
The practice exam will include the 5 multiple-choice sections of the LSAT. As on the real LSAT, an "experimental" section (which does not count toward your score) will be given as one of these 5 sections, but the unscored writing section will not be part of this administration.
Our testing room has a maximum capacity of 23 people; please only sign up if you will attend.
DC Metro LSAT Prep exclusively provides one-on-one tutoring for LSAT candidates. There will be no sales pitch or marketing attempt at this event. Students interested in discussing one-on-one tutoring may do so, but it is certainly not required.
WHAT TO BRING:
1. Analog watch
2. Snack and/or preferred beverage (we have complimentary water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate)
3. Pencil sharpener, erasers, highlighter (if desired), kleenex.
Test booklets, answer sheets, and pencils will be provided for you.
Please arrive by 8:20 a.m. so that the test can begin promptly.
8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – 5-section test [experimental section included; break after section 3]
11:30 a.m. – 11:40 a.m. – Answer keys and score conversion charts will be distributed to facilitate self-scoring
(optional) 11:40 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - Questions about the test? Curious about tutoring? Kyle, our director and lead tutor, is frequently onsite after the Saturday tests. Feel free to stay afterwards to talk for a few minutes or to schedule an initial tutoring session.
This will be administered in a manner similar to an actual LSAT, although it will be in a conference room rather than a large class room. By signing up for this practice test, you agree that you will not have your cell phone turned on during the administration of the test ("vibrate mode" is included in the defintion of "on").
1701 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Ste 300, Washington DC 20006. The test is in the second floor classroom; yes, the address is Suite 300 even though it's on the second floor -- Suite 300 includes both the second and the third floors. See warning above about parking; please walk, bike, Uber, Metro, Segway, or skate over instead of driving unless you are well-versed in the difficulty and expense of downtown-area parking.
Please email info@dcMetroLSATprep.com with any questions.
If you are unable to gain entry to the building on the day of the test and you are waiting with other students outside the building for more than 10 minutes, please text or call us at (817) 212-9041. Please do not call before 8:25 a.m.
