You may qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program if you OR another member of your household is currently in any ONE of the following public assistance programs:

- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/Food Stamps/Food Assistance)

- WIC

- Medicaid (not Medicare)

- Free or Reduced School Meals

- SSI

- Federal Public Housing Assistance

(FPHA)

- Veterans Pension or Survivors

Pension Program

- Federal Pell Grant

- Social Security Payments

(low-income)

- Unemployment (low-income)

Method 2 Eligibility: Income-Based

If you do not receive benefits, you may also qualify if your total annual income is at or less than the following income guidelines:
