Join Project Freerun in bringing Parkour 101 to Lulu Lemon! We are teaming up with 2 Lulu stores to bring a different taste of movement to the brand!

What is Parkour?
---------
Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible.

Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation. Parkour developed from military training, which gives it some aspects of a non-combative martial art.

Can I do Parkour?

Of Course! All Project Freerun classes are led by vetted, experienced parkour athletes who know intimately how to scale classes so every potential practitioner is able to safely find success in their training.

What happens in a class?
----------
In a normal Parkour 101 class, we will meet prepared to move (no flip flops or jeans!) and get an awesome, low impact warmup started. After our warmup, we will discuss the theme of training for the day and spend roughly one-hour failing, trying and succeeding to become more intune with our body and applying that knowledge to the world.
