Free More to Love Yoga Workshop at MEDA!
Rachel Estapa created More To Love Yoga in 2013 to help women of all body sizes to learn and apply body acceptance. Blending lessons from her own experience overcoming poor body image coupled with the proven tools learned through her life coach and yoga training, Rachel's approach to health and happiness is designed to help you love, accept and appreciate your body a little bit more each day.
MTL focuses on overall wellness, inside and out. No diets, no insane workouts, no tricks, no shaming yourself into being "better." MTL helps you apply solid principles of body acceptance that work for your unique body and life. Health and wellness are spectrums and the only body you've got to focus on is your own. MTL is here to help you figure those pieces out in an inspiring, honest and deeply rewarding way.
This workshop will offer an introduction to More to Love's approach to the pillars of body-acceptance and yoga. This session will help you gain permission to experience and appreciate your own body, as well as introduce you to core yoga foundations and principles.
The workshop includes a gentle yoga class designed to help you feel more connected and capable in your body. Each class weaves together foundational yoga postures and strikes a balance between ease and opportunities to challenge oneself. More To Love Yoga will help you appreciate your body as you stretch and concludes with a soothing relaxation. Excellent for all, especially beginners and those working with limitations and/or injuries.
