Workshop Description: In today's fast-paced environment, we are constantly pressured to adapt to changing conditions. Companies increasingly turn to Agile/Scrum development practices to help them stay competitive. Agile/Scrum processes are highly collaborative, iterative and all focused on the rapid and repeatable delivery of products and services. This seminar will introduce you the foundation of the Agile/Scrum method of project management utilizing examples of Agile/Scrum in instructional design.

Presenter Bio: Phil is a highly motivated training professional with over forty years of experience in the field of IT, product, technical, project management and sales training. He is the Principle at Ailes Consulting LLC, providing Agile/Scrum training and coaching solutions for his clients.
Phil teaches at Marlboro College Graduate School, Brattleboro, VT, where he designed, developed and delivered the Agile/Scrum Project Management classes.
Before forming Ailes Consulting, Phil worked at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Project Manager/Instructional Designer designing, developing, delivering and managing company-wide IT training programs. Phil has worked as the Sales Training Manager at Markem, Global Training Director at NetScout systems, and Senior Sales Trainer at Digital Equipment Corporation.
He holds a Master of Management degree from Cambridge College in Cambridge Massachusetts.
Phil is dedicated to the success of his customers through the use of innovative and interactive training techniques, ensuring positive results.
