Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at Wat Thai Washington D.C.

Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - noon: September 16, October 7 and 21, November 4 and 18, December 9

This FREE multi-week course* promotes health and well-being of the mind and body while balancing emotions and increasing brain health. As a participant, you will gain tools to detox the body, clear the mind, reduce stress, and create inner peace and happiness.

*The practice of MBSR is highly respected in today’s medical community. A similar course offered at hospitals and medical centers may cost you $550. Reserve your spot for each Saturday morning you plan to attend. Donations are accepted.
