A walking Labyrinth is a great way to meditate, destress, take a break from your day, pray, or help you discover new ways of thinking or how to tackle your goals or problems.
A walking labyrinth will be set up for your convience in a dim-lit room with aromatherapy and meditation music playing- perfect for calming your body, mind, and spirit.
Join us for a few minutes or the entire 1.5 hours- this event is open house style where you can come and go as you wish.
Experienced Life Coaches and Spiritual Director will be avaiable for any questions and guidance.
