We are open recruitment for new member and offer you a trial period of one month - approximate 4 classes.
Every week we will workout 2 hours (including 10 mins rest) with doing basic of karate movement and techniques, phisical exercise, knowledge in concept of martial art and many more.
What you will learn within the month:
- Understand how your body work
- Basic Karate techniques
- Phisical workout for both earobic and anaerobic
- Basic fighting and self-defence skill
Who should learn?
Anyone from age 5 ~ 80+ can join us, as different age group we have different objective and training methods. No matter your objective is keep you body strong, regular workout, learn how to defend, get to understand more about martial art, you still can join us.
Am I start late for martial art at my age?
Learning has no age limit, there are only different training methods. Do not worry about your age and body condition.
