In this fun and interactive class, learn why mindfulness is such a powerful tool for personal transformation and lasting change. The class includes findings from the latest research on mindfulness, a video of Jon Kabat-Zinn, pioneer of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and some sample meditation techniques. This is also an opportunity to learn about and register for the 8-week mindfulness intensive that begins October 3rd at Harmony Yoga in Berkeley. At the very least you will come away with a better understanding of what mindfulness is and how it can help you live a happier and more balanced life.
