During these introductory presentations we talk about what TM is, and the benefits that can be expected from regular practice. We review some of the scientific research validating these benefits, and we go over how a person can learn, very simply and easily. It lasts about 75 minutes. The actual course of instruction, after you have come to an introductory talk, is on 4 consecutive days, about 75 minutes each day.
