Event Details

Join this free webinar and learn about some of the key concepts used in the coming updated book The Success Zone. Some of you have and used this content before, and now it has been updated with new research and new chapters, some specific to YOR Health. The Success Zone is a series of ideas based on the intersection of modern neuroscience, qualties of outstanding leaders and coaching methodology.

This webinar will give you a sneak peak at the core concepts in the book, highlighting how a 'prosperity' brain works differently to a brain that is stuck and focused on problem and fear. I'll also highlight how you can turn the mental concepts in the book into practical growth for yourself, and in building, developing and leading teams. There is an amazing synergy betwen the culture and products of YOR Health with the intent and ideas in the book, and you'll see how you can bring the two together to leverage better outcomes for your own business, and for the people in your teams.

Key elements of the ideas in the book and five webinars include:

  • How neuroscience is exposing the difference between prosperous and stuck brains (this will explain what a growth mindset looks like in the brain)
  • Brain habits for best leadership outcomes - mental models and ideas that help you be at your best more of the time
  • 21st century, brain-based leadership - learn the secrets of our best leaders, from howthey use their brain to key habits and behaviours that engage others
  • The first leadership superpower: deep listening
  • The second leadership superpowe: ptoent questioning
  • Bringing it all together into conversations for growth - strucutred coaching-based conversations that cultivate learning, clarity and action

As a free taster, there will be resource takeaways, plus some lucky 'door prizes' of copies of the new book edition.(Note: the book is currently in iPad-iPhone, Kindle and PDF formats, and will be available in mid August).

There is a numbers limit for this free webinar, and this is not a hard-sell session, you will walk away with some takeaways that you can use straight away.
