After years of psychotherapy Belinda (not real name) arrives at my office plagued with self-doubt and always second guessing her opinions, decisions and intentions. After a short series of hypnotherapy sessions she arrives for a session proclaiming, “I feel different. Like, it’s so easy for me to get out of my head and feel good again. So weird! (the genuineness of her growing sense of well being). It’s almost like, automatically a shift started happening.”
What do you want to reprogram?
Robert (not real name) suffered through addictive behavior including alcohol, drugs and diet coke and resulting depression. As a final resort after will power, psychotherapy, and anonymous groups were not effective, Robert sought out hypnotherapy. Through our sessions it was discovered that Robert’s father, an alcoholic himself, drained all the family attention due to his addiction. Robert subconsciously made the association that addiction was the way to get attention. We replaced this subconscious association through hypnotherapy and Robert has been alcohol and drug free for five years, dropped excess weight and neutralized depression.
