Thanks to partnership with MoMA PS1, visitors will enjoy the Garden for FREE with continuous music streamed live from MoMA PS1’s iconic courtyard from 12 to 8pm on Saturday, September 5! While you're here, be sure to meet some of the artists of the AnkhLave outdoor art installation throughout the Garden from 1 to 3pm.

WHAT TO SEE & DO:
MoMA PS1's Warm Up 2020 Livestreamed Music, 12 to 8pm:
MoMA PS1 will present an all-day livestreaming edition of Warm Up that celebrates New York City’s music communities in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Broadcast globally in partnership with music streaming platform Boiler Room, eight hours of continuous music will stream live from MoMA PS1’s iconic courtyard and framed by stage design created by a New York-based artist. Warm Up will feature twelve DJ sets and live performances by artists who represent the city’s expansive music community, including Papi Juice, an art collective celebrating queer and trans people of color; Barbie Bertisch, who runs the beloved fanzine Love Injection; Bronx-based label Sie7etr3; and more.

Until September 8, be sure to look for the AnkhLave Arts Alliance outdoor exhibition featuring the work of six female Queens-based artists of color, the 2020 AnkhLave Garden Fellows, who created site-specific art installations throughout the Garden. We are conveniently located on Main Street, Flushing, where so many local restaurants like Dumpling Galaxy, Nurlan, HK Cafe, and more, offer up the cuisines of the world! ABOUT TIMED ENTRY & FREE HOURS
- Because we must enforce a visitation capacity to ensure that visitors can safely distance themselves and to guarantee your advanced ticket entry, please arrive within the first 20 minutes of your date/time slot. We do allow walk-ups that count toward the visitation capacity. Below is more information about capacity and restrictions.
- Your advanced ticket allows for free entry at the time of the free hours listed only, not before or after, when admission fees apply.
- Feel free to stay longer than your ticket time indicates, but keep in mind our health and safety guidelines.
- Reservations do not cover parking fees.
- You may show your ticket reservation confirmation on your phone to reduce the use of paper. We will not be collecting paper tickets.
- The Garden commences its closing procedures 20 minutes before closing time, which is 7:40pm on Saturday, September 5, 2020. Please plan accordingly to arrive early enough to enjoy your time in the Garden.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
HEALTH & SAFETY
- To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and for the health and safety of all visitors, you MUST WEAR A MASK and maintain 6-FOOT DISTANCE from others in order to enter and remain in the Garden. It is the law. Violators will be escorted out.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers are available at multiple stations throughout the Garden. Feel free to inquire with Staff to help locate the nearest dispenser. Please note: Hand sanitizing does not replace hand washing. CDC recommends washing hands with soap and water whenever possible as it reduces all types of germs and chemicals on hands.
- Restrooms are accessible by the ramp next to the Visitor & Administration Building. Please follow on-site instructions on how to enter restrooms.
- High-touch surfaces are disinfected throughout the day.
CAPACITY & RESTRICTIONS
The Garden must enforce a visitation capacity to ensure that visitors can safely distance themselves. Consequently, entrances may be temporarily closed when and if the Garden is at capacity. Should you arrive at such a time, we ask that you wait on the socially distanced line or return at a later time. We thank you for your patience.
The Visitor & Administration Building (Gift Shop and Gallery) will be temporarily closed until further notice. Indoor facilities are closed to the public.
Regular Garden Etiquette Rules apply at all times.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to come after you have reserved a time, please cancel your reservation as a courtesy to other visitors.

By public transportation, take the number 7 subway line to Main Street, the Long Island Rail Road (Port Washington line) to Main Street/Flushing, or the Q44-SBS or Q20 bus. For driving directions and more information, please visit our website.
