Sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Join us for a Healthier Living workshop sponsored by Dignity Health and developed at Stanford University. If you have a health condition that affects your life, then attend this workshop to take back control! This workshop will help you develop the skills and confidence to manage your chronic conditions and related symptoms on a day-to-day basis. The group meets for 2.5 hours once a week for 6 weeks (March 15, 22, 29, April 5, 12, and April 19) and is facilitated by two peers who also have a chronic condition.

Light refreshments will be provided by Dignity Health.
Each completer of the workshop receives a copy of the companion book, Living a Healthy Life With Chronic Conditions, 4th Edition, and an audio relaxation CD, Relaxation for Mind and Body.
