Please join us in San Diego for a free patient education seminar co-hosted by UC San Diego Shiley Eye Institute and the Graves' Disease & Thyroid Foundation!  Join us to connect with fellow patients and family member and to hear from experts on Graves' disease!

Presenters:

Michael Bouvet, MD, a board-certified surgeon who specializes in endocrine surgery and surgical oncology.  Dr. Bouvet has been consistently elected as a top physician in Castle Connolly’s America’s Top Doctors® and a top doctor in San Diego Magazine's “Physicians of Exceptional Excellence" annual survey performed in collaboration with the San Diego County Medical Society.

Charles Choe, MD, a board certified endocrinologist who is actively involved in training medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of endocrinology. He also holds an active Endocrine Certification in Neck Ultrasound from the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists for performing ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsies.

Registration will open at 8:30a, with the program starting promptly at 9:00a.  Please allow plenty of time for parking and registration.

Patient parking is available in the parking lot across from the Shiley Eye Center (P760). Patient parking is permitted only in the numbered stalls. When parking, please note the number indicated on the ground and pay using the pay station at the front of the building. Cost: $4 for the first two hours and it is not to exceed $8 per day. Exact cash (no coins) and debit/credit cards accepted.
