Free Festive Scent Session: Create Your Own Christmas Car Diffuser
Overview
Slow down for a half hour workhop of calm and creativity to discover just how powerful scent can be.
Join us at 5pm on Wednesday 4th December for a gentle, hands-on mini scent session, where you’ll explore the basics of aromatherapy and blend your own festive fragrance freshener to take home.
You’ll be guided through a selection of beautiful Christmas-inspired essential oils – think cosy spices, fresh evergreens and uplifting citrus – and then you’ll:
- Learn how scent affects mood, memory and nervous system regulation
- Experiment with simple scent-combining tips (no experience needed!)
- Choose a unique blend that captures how you want to feel this Christmas
- Use your blend to create either:
- a wooden car diffuser, or
- a hanging diffuser to scent your Christmas tree or home
You’ll leave with your own hand-blended festive diffuser, plus the confidence to start using scent more intentionally in everyday life.
