The three hour training session will provide:

- an overview of Guidanz – what is it, why is it important to Cummins service providers.

- a live demo of the application’s current capabilities highlighting various features such as guided workflow, job order creation, campaign/ATC/TRP visibility, service history, guided diagnostics, job plan, guided repair, and initiating RapidServe Web claim creation.

- a brief overview of planned future features.

Immediately following this session there will be a separate break out room available for those who may wish to log onto a laptop and see Guidanz first hand. Guidanz team members will be available in the break out room to answer additional questions.
