ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:

For years, Jean Franzblau kept Googling “cuddle” and “Los Angeles” hoping to find an event. I wasn’t starving for touch!” Besides also being a corporate training consultant, Jean is also a workshop leader and coach at her company, Sexual Esteem with Jean. She facilitates Cuddle Sanctuary Private Sessions and was featured in a BuzzFeed video on the subject that got over seven million views. Jean graduated cum laude with a BA in communications from UCLA. Find her at CuddleSanctuary.com.

MORE ABOUT WHO WE ARE

Cuddle Sanctuary is where people come to give and receive cuddling and feel connected to themselves and each other. It’s a a terrific Saturday night treat. All genders and orientations - individuals, groups and couples - are all welcome.

The Cuddle Sanctuary workshop is a guided social experience that includes a welcome circle, easy relaxation activities, communication exercises and a description of cuddle etiquette. The event typically culminates in a voluntary "cuddle lab." Touch is always consensual and never a requirement to participate.

At Cuddle Sanctuary you may experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion and playfulness, a decrease blood pressure and a better night's sleep. Cuddle Sanctuary provides opportunities to meet new friends, connect with partners and pals in a soulful new way and be part of a warm, safe and huggable tribe. You are guaranteed to have a fantastic Saturday night.
