Have fun moving and breathing while learning the harmonious flow of the first series of Ashtanga Yoga in its traditional form. This is a class suitable for all levels. We will explore the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Yoga Method in a led/guided classroom setting. Students will be taught basic postures, form and alignment, and modifications when needed. Primary Series will cover the Sun Salutation, standing postures, seated postures (will depend on where student is in mysore practice), and all finishing postures.
For our donation classes, 100% of the proceeds for our weekly community donation class will benefit two local charities; The Renfrew Center and New Hope for Kids. Both charities are near and dear to our hearts and we greatly appreciate your support and donations for these wonderful causes.
