These numbers are unacceptable. That’s why togetHER and Girls Against Oppression are offering free, accessible, and empowering training to equip everyone with the knowledge and tools to take action.

What will you gain from our training?
✅ Be familiar with sourced facts and data to understand the prevalence of gender discrimination and sexual violence.
✅ Recognise sexism and sexual violence to be able to address them.
✅ Respond effectively to violence to protect potential victims.
✅ Support victims by learning how to listen, communicate, and respond safely.

The training includes:
✅ Theoretical concepts to provide context and depth.
✅ Practical tools to equip participants as effective active bystanders.
✅ Engaging quizzes to reinforce learning and assess understanding.
✅ Interactive exercises to build confidence in addressing sexism and sexual violence.

💜 Who are we?
This session is co-hosted by togetHER Against Sexism and Girls Against Oppression, two feminist collectives working hand in hand to build a safer, fairer world for all 🌍.

togetHER (www.togetheragainstsexism.org) is a UK-based 🇬🇧 feminist collective launched in 2023 with a clear mission: to end sexism and sexual violence 💥. Inclusive 🌈, non-violent ✊ and non-partisan ⚖️, it fosters safe and welcoming spaces for all individuals and communities. As the sister collective of Nous Toutes—a powerful French movement with 110,000+ people trained and over 100,000 marching each year—togetHER is rooted in international solidarity 🌐.

Girls Against Oppression (https://girlsagainstoppression.carrd.co) is a youth-led movement that began in South Africa 🇿🇦 and has since expanded globally 🌎. Focused on educating, empowering and uplifting girls and marginalised genders, G.A.O. fights tirelessly against systemic injustice 💪🏽.

Together, these collectives bring their voices, energy and hope to inspire reflection and drive action 💜.
