About this event
In this free one hour workshop for kids and teens, the attendees will learn the physical and non physical skills they need to deal with bullies. Such skills will include how to evade attacks, defense techniques, verbal skills, and strategies on how to deal with bullies.
Our goal is to equip attendees with the knowledge and confidence to deal with bullies in a positive way.
