Topic: Vicarious Trauma: Techniques for Coping & Resiliency

"Those in the helping professions may become affected by other people's traumatic stress and feel compassion fatigue," says Elizabeth. "This interactive session is designed for neutrals and other professionals working with people who have witnesses or experienced trauma." In this talk, we'll review the symptoms of vicarious trauma, discuss successful coping techniques, and design an action plan for resiliency.
