Come and Join us at Fitness Forum Health Club on the last Sunday of April as we come together in a safe environment to learn about the background of boxing, learn and perfect various skills and techniques and understand how to incorporate boxing into your fitness routine for fat loss, improving power and agility as well as overall fitness and conditioning.

This workshop will provide you with the Confidence, Knowledge and Tools required to attend BoxFit Classes, Personal Training Boxing Sessions or working out on the bag more regularly.
