Do you want to release stress and create harmony in your body & mind?
Body and Brain Yoga is a unique and dynamic practice with simple exercises and it’s suitable for all ages and body types.
The class will cover gentle stretches and vibration to awaken 7 chakras and balance them for physical, mental, and spiritual health. You will also learn Belly Button Healing and energy meditation (Jigam Meditation). No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Beginners are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. The space is limited. Please RSVP as soon as possible.
