Description

William Perry is an international trade lawyer focusing on the area of trade policy. He assists companies with a range of matters associated with importing products into the US. In particular, Bill represents US importers and foreign exporters and producers in various international trade cases, including antidumping and countervailing duty cases, Section 337 intellectual property cases and various Customs issues related to international trade cases. Bill has been helping clients with international trade issues for over 30 years, starting as an attorney in the Office of General Counsel, US International Trade Commission, and Office of Chief Counsel and Office of Antidumping Investigations, US Commerce Department. He has extensive experience representing US and foreign companies in antidumping and countervailing duty cases, having won more than 50 cases in private practice.


Murray Lee runs his own full-service trading company, MKL Enterprises Ltd, focused on trade between China and markets around the world, which he started in 1992 in Hong Kong. The business remains headquartered in Hong Kong, with additional offices in China and Seattle, offering manufacturing and trading services to companies around the world. Prior to founding his own company, he worked in international shipping and large US retail businesses as an import manager, procuring merchandise from countries around the Asia Pacific Region. Murray graduated from UCLA with a BA Economics and received his master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management with a focus on China and cross-cultural studies. Murray is a proficient Mandarin speaker. He is a board member of the American Jewish Committee ‘s Asia Pacific Institute, which engages with influential government , civil society , media and business leaders throughout the Asia Pacific region and is also serves on the AJC Seattle board.
