John Coppola- Studio C (www.studiocartists.com)
John Coppola was born in Brooklyn, NY, and has had a multifaceted career as a director, producer, actor and teacher. He began his acting career over twenty years ago while attending Yale’s prestigious Dramat Purple Crayon. He has appeared on Broadway numerous times (Brighton Beach Memoirs, Biloxi Blues, American Buffalo) and in films such as Into the Paradise, Last Exit to Brooklyn, Out of Gas on Lover’s Leap, and You Gotta Leave Your Mark. As a director, John has helmed over 25 theatrical productions in New York, Los Angeles, and abroad. The movie Possibility, which he directed, took the 2005 Grand Jury Prize for short film at the New York International Film and Video Festival. As part of Studio C Artists, John offers private coaching to a thriving group of students, established actors, and movie stars.

Jessica Lynn Johnson, founder of Soaring Soloand winner of the Best National Solo Artist Award by the Dialogue One Festival, has toured internationally with her solo shows for nearly a decade as a performer, instructor, and director. Her 1st solo show Oblivious to Everyone was published in The Book of Estrogenius 2008. Her newest solo show ZE has been seen at the Out North Contemporary Art Space in Alaska, Matthew Corozine Theatre in NYC, the LA Women’s Theatre Festival, Level Ground Festival in Pasadena, and is in pre-production for film development.

Matthew Quinn - Asylum Producer
Matthew Quinn (Executive Producer) has been involved in theater production and venue management for over 20 years in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He created Combined Artform in 1998 with Producer Bertha Rodriguez to produce full and co-productions, explore multi-media, including live online internet programming and be active members in the performance community. For Combined Artform, stand out productions include Santaland Diaries (now in its 15th year at the Eureka Theatre in San Francisco), BLINK & You Might Miss Me, Jane Austen Unscripted (w/Impro Theatre), A Tuna Christmas, Pulp Shakespeare, How to Survive a Zombie Apocalypse- US Version and Tilted Frame. Matthew and Bertha are active supporters of the Hollywood Fringe Festival where as a venue they hosted 30% of the 2016 festival. In 2010, Matthew started the Asylum’s Best of the Fringe (ENCORE Awards) and in 2016 BEYOND ENCORES. From the ENCORES, he has co-produced extensions of Pulp Shakespeare, Pokemusical, Sunny Afternoon, Meet & Greet and WOMEN (w/Beth Dies), Suicide Notes and Pick of the Fringe (nominated for best variety 2015).
