Free 90 minute workshop by long time Miami improviser and Improv Rising's Anthony Camilo and guest improvisers. No experience necessary, just be ready to have fun!!! (18 and over welcome)
What will I be doing during the workshop:
We'll be getting a quick primer on improv basics and having fun doing with improv games. Silliness will undoubtedly ensue.
How do I drive there?
From Miami Beach: Head towards Miami and get off on Biscayne Blvd, drive to NE 24th St and turn west towards NE 2nd Ave. (One block west of Biscayne - away from the bay)
From anywhere else: Find your way to I-95 and head to I-195 (Exit 4 or 4B toward Miami Beach), get off on N Miami Ave (Exit 2A), turn right on Miami Ave, and then left on NW 27th Street. Turn right on NE 2nd Ave, Turn left on NE 24th St and enter the garage immediately to your left.
How do I get there by bus?
3 runs between Hallandale, Aventura Mall and Downtown Miami and stops on Biscayne and 20th St
9 runs between Downtown Miami and Aventura and stops on NE 2nd Ave and 24th St
10 runs between North Miami and Omni Terminal and stops on NE 2nd Ave and 24th St
16 runs between North Miami Beach and Omni Terminal and stops on Biscayne and 23rd St
93 runs between Hollywood and Downtown Miami and stops on Biscayne and 20th St
95 between multiple areas and Downtown Miami stops on Biscayne and 25th St
(We are only a long block west of Biscayne Blvd.)
What are my parking options getting to the event?
Free indoor parking is available on 24th street near the corner of NE 2nd Ave. You may park in any spot (except handicapped) then walk to the end of the wall of the garage, the door has the Miami Dance Studio logo on it.
