About This Event

Every young person deserves at least one adult they can come to with anything—before crisis hits. This 12-week live training will teach you how to become that trusted adult.

One Trained Adult Changes Everything.

Whether you're a parent, teacher, coach, mentor, grandparent, or anyone who cares about youth, this program will give you practical tools to build deep trust and create psychological safety so the young people in your life feel safe coming to you with their struggles.

What You'll Learn:

• How to recognize warning signs before crisis
• Active listening skills that actually work
• Creating spaces where youth feel truly safe
• Emotion coaching techniques
• Connection through play
• How to respond when they share hard things
• Repairing relationships after conflict
• Staying calm when they're not
• And so much more!

Program Format:

• 12 weekly live sessions on Zoom (Tuesdays, 90 minutes)
• Choose your time: 11:00 AM or 7:00 PM ET
• Interactive teaching with Lesley Nicole
• Small group discussions and activities
• Practical "experiments" to try between sessions
• Private Facebook community for support
• All sessions recorded
