Do I need any experience with mindfulness or meditation ?
No. You just need to bring an open and curious mind
How much experience does Rani have with mindfulness?
I don't teach anything that I have not personally experienced or integrated. I have been a mindfulness practitioner for over 13 years, often speaking to Business Schools and companies on the subject of Mindful Living and Leadership.
Anything else I need or need to know?
You need a good internet connection, and connecting via computer or tablets are best. You will be asked to keep your video on at all times so I can observe how you are doing the practices.
Please ensure you have a quiet place where you will be undisturbed by others and with no one else in the background.
