The holiday season gives us joy, but can also cause unnecessary stress. Join us on Monday, December 12 for our last FrankTalks of 2016 and find out how you can wrap up the year in a healthier and happier mindset. The speakers will include Mayor Ken Moore, as well as Williamson County Health Department Director Cathy Montgomery, and Dr. Evins of Williamson Medical Center.
FrankTalks is a monthly lecture series presented for the Franklin community by Vanderbilt University's Office of Community, Neighborhood and Government Relations. The event will begin with a mini health fair and social at 9:00am in Columbia State's Community Room (Room 221 in Building A). Here's a campus map.
To help jumpstart your morning, we will have snacks from I Love Juice Bar and from Catering & Events by Suzette. The mini health fair will have booths from several, local health and wellness establishments. Also onsite will be GraceWorks Ministries, collecting items for their upcoming Manger event. They are in most need of kitchenware sets, teen headphones/speakers, toiletry sets for men & women, tools sets, and make up kits. However, any donation would be greatly appreciated.
