Come join me in the progression to becoming more fit, flexible, centered, and strong. I'll guide you through a 90 minute fitness routine, cudtomized just for you. We will begin with an aerobic warm up, some light stretching and meditation. We'll move on to body mechanic exercises working directly on the pole. Beginners will learn a variety of introductory spins, sits and a fun lil routine. Returning dancers will condition mastered skills, work on progressing to more advanced variations and build their own routines while discovering their own unique dancing style. You will have an uplifting environment to find your center, focus your energy and challenge your abilities. My goal is to help you to achieve your ambitions. What should I bring to the event?
Please arrive on time or slightly early. Wear something that you feel comfy in to warm up. You'll need shorty short shorts, a sports bra and some socks. Heels are welcome too! I recommend eating something about 45 mins before arrivng. Def bring some water and perhaps a snack too!
