Foxi Pole Fitness Classes!
Come join me in the progression to becoming more fit, flexible, centered, and strong. Aerobic warm ups and stretching for all levels will begin our workout. Your warm up will be customized using body mechanics that are tailored toward your goals and fitness level. Beginners will learn to spin and a lil routine with some fun floor work. Returning students will condition their skills and learn new tricks. You will have an uplifting environment to find your center, focus your energy and challenge your abilities. My goal is to help you to achieve your ambitions.
