Date: Sun, January 29, 2017 10:00am to 3:00pm
Location: Fox Banquet & Events Center, 123 Cajon Street, Redlands, CA 92373
Cost: Vendor space $225.00 (includes power, WIFI, 6ft table with tablecloth and 2 chairs in main area)
8ft table instead: Plus $25.00
Balcony/2nd level up stairs: $150.00 6ft table (there is no elevator)
Vendor Education Showcase: $50.00 for 7-minutes education presentation the main area - must provide talking points prior to approval and limited number of vendors
Logo Design on big screen throughout the show: $25.00
Application will be reviewed and upon approval an Invoice will be sent via Paypal/Quickbooks. Locations will be determined on first come, first serve basis. Assigned locations subject to change.
About the venue: With more than 6,500 Square Feet of space - Accommodating up to 300 seated guests, Onsite Catering, Private Bridal Dressing Room, VIP Area, Dance Floor, Lighting, Tables, Chairs, and Linens.
Set up: Set up will begin Sunday morning at 7:00am and must be finished by 9:30am. Please bring any helpers with you as show hosts will not be providing assistants.
During 7-minute showcase presentations main lobby will go dark to listen to the presentations. Balcony will have speakers to hear announcements.
Door Prizes: We are asking each vendor to donate a door prize so show producers can make an announcement and award the winners near the end of the show. Each vendor may also do raffle prizes and collect information and suggest determining a winner before the show ends.
Payment: Full payment is required to confirm participation and to secure table location. Cancellations made 30 days PRIOR to the show date may receive a 50% refund on the booth space rental. However, NO refunds will be issued after this date.
Number of Attendees: Show producer makes no guarantees of attendees.
Show Hours: Each booth must be staffed throughout show times. The producers of the bridal show are not liable for items lost or stolen. Show management reserves the right to clear out any tables not set up at start of show time. All booths must stay assembled until closing at the end of the show time.
Amplified Sound: Microphones, sound systems and other amplified sound are allowed within reason as well as televisions and computers, but all previously mentioned must be kept at a low level and should not be heard outside of your vendor area.
WIFI: Free WIFI but might be slow depending on number of vendors/guests using it.
Insurance: Exhibitor is solely responsible for any and all occurrences inside his or her booth. An off-premise liability insurance is strongly suggested. You may be asked to offer proof of that coverage to the show producers for such occurrences.
Cancellations/Refunds: Should any contingency prevent holding of the exposition, show producers may retain each part of exhibitors rental and shall not be required to compensate for expense incurred up to the time such contingency shall have occurred. Show producers shall not be liable for any damages or additional expenses incurred by exhibitor in connection with the show or its cancellation or postponement. Vendor cancellations made 30 days PRIOR to the show date may receive a 50% refund on the booth space rental. However, NO refunds will be issued after this date.
