Please join us as we kick off the 12th grantmaking cycle of the Fourth Generation Fund!
We'll learn about Fourth Generation and our plans for the year, talk you all into being members, and choose our topic. Everyone in attendance will be able to vote!
Start Time: The meeting will start promptly at 6 p.m.
Zoom Meeting Information: Details will be sent to registrants one week prior to the event.
What is Fourth Generation?
Fourth Generation is an exciting and engaged group that comes together in a hands-on experience to reimagine philanthropy.
We hear from inspiring speakers, explore personal values, engage in thoughtful activities and discussions, and combine our time and money to support organizations that are making real change in our community.
Our efforts, discussion, and collective gift transform into community power, personal growth, and social advocacy.

Join us in September for our Kick-Off Event and be a part of choosing our grantmaking topic for our 2021-2022 cycle. You have the power to make your voice heard in support of the issue you care about most. Here are our potential topics for the year:

Fourth Generation is at its best when there is a diversity of experiences and perspectives in the room. Here are ways you can get involved:

Last Year’s Economic Justice Grantees
In light of the local impacts of the global pandemic and social unrest, last year’s Fourth Gen group made $80,000 in unrestricted funds available to eight grantees focusing on Economic Justice. These grantees are all working to create a future in which all people have opportunities to thrive and that prosperity and justice go hand-in-hand.

About Fourth Generation
Fourth Generation is an experiential giving program for early and mid-career professionals. Members work together throughout the year to learn about a critical issue, identify promising efforts to address it, and pool their donations to make a bigger impact than they could alone. Members hone their teamwork, analytical, and leadership skills as they:
LEARN about community issues, local nonprofits, smart giving, and how to make grants
SHARE their ideas, talents, and experiences to make a difference
CONNECT with local leaders and other civic-minded professionals
GIVE with other members for greater impact
