Golf Tournament Teams

Our goal is to have 10 teams of 4 players. Participation in the golf tournament includes the Support Dinner immediately following the tournament. Golf Awards will be presented at the Support Dinner. Assemble a foursome or come join with other golfers who will be playing. Do you know of someone who would like to attend?

Last year's Ministry Momentum Support Dinner & Golf Tournament was fantastic. I'm sure this year's event will be even better. First of all, the Tijeras Creek Country Club is one of Orange County's best courses and you will really enjoy playing the unique back nine in a scramble format. What I really appreciated about the dinner was hearing how Kirk's ministry has positively impacted so many people. This is great event supporting a ministry that positively impacts many people. Take a couple of friends and attend this year's event, you'll be glad you did.    - Bob Castle, Donor, Fountain Valley, CA

Ministry Support Dinner

Don’t play golf? Join us for the Ministry Momentum Support Dinner at 6pm. Meet the pastors and hear testimonies about how God has been working through this ministry. Please sponsor a table of eight and introduce your friends to this important ministry. Contact us if there is any way that we can support you in this effort.

The Ministry Momentum Support Dinner gave me a chance to hear from pastors Kirk had worked with. I got to experience the excitement in their voices as they shared what was happening in their churches as a direct result of CRM and Kirk. My husband and I have been supporting the ministry for a while, but after hearing the impact of CRM on these church families and the extension of love to their neighboring communities, I was even more sure that I wanted to continue to be a part of this work.          - Mary Trine, Donor, Los Alamitos, CA

Last year's Ministry Momentum Support Dinner was a very special evening. We enjoyed connecting with others who are passionate about the Kingdom, we were inspired to hear of God's moving through strong Christian leaders in Southern California, we had a delicious meal in a beautiful setting and we were excited to participate in helping Kirk & Annie advance the Kingdom. Not all of us have the unique gifts that they have, however, we all CAN encourage, support and rejoice with them for the sake of continuing to build the Kingdom.  - Dan Bishop, Senior Pastor, Riverside Free Methodist Church

Can’t Attend?

Please become an event sponsor. We will be recognizing all Sponsor Partners at the event, in our literature and online. In addition to the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsor levels, any donations to the ministry, in any amount, are greatly appreciated.

Do you know of a Silent Auction item? Airline miles, a vacation condo or timeshare, and tickets to sporting events are all popular! We'd love to receive your donations, so please let us know immediately by emailing Thank you!

Three of the ministry causes are being supported by the Ministry Momentum Support Dinner & Golf Tournament are:

1. Developing Champions of Change

Kirk walks beside church leaders, coaching, mentoring, and training them through long-term relationships. Often these pastors feel "stuck" in ministry or are in significant transitions. As a result of their work with Kirk, these Christian influencers often experience clarity, courage and confidence about God's specific calling and are challenged to live into what they were made for. The fruit is the development of authentic, vulnerable, and God-needy leaders who influence others to live for God's Kingdom. The passion of Kirk's life is to champion leaders to live "all in".

2. Transforming Communities

Kirk and his CRM teammates have developed The Missional Pathway: a six-month process of congregational discovery that fuels missional momentum in churches across the denomination spectrum, throughout the country. This series of seven workshops and training events results in churches becoming culturally missional - where church members live like missionaries in the local community. The impact is community transformation: individuals, families, and couples whose lives are touched by the presence and love of Jesus Christ, brought to them by church members, living as missionaries.

3. Innovation Lab for Missional Effectiveness

As the head of Research & Development for CRM's reFocusing Team, Kirk leads the development of resources for pastors and churches worldwide. CRM manuals, workshops, and curricula create environments that serve as incubators of innovation. Responsible for new solutions, he identifies roadblocks common in churches and tests new tools to equip community-impacting ministry by churches that use them. In 2013, The Missional Pathway shop is being rolled out, after development and testing by Kirk's CRM team. The Assess and Advance Workshop materials, innovated by Kirk and his team, are also being rolled out this year. These workshops support congregations to identify and embark on s unique missional journey to love and serve the unchurched community for which God has prepared the church over its history.

About Kirk Kirlin

God has called Kirk to walk along side pastors and key Christian influencers as a catalytic, redemptive agent of change.  A Christ-follower for more than 30 years, he coaches from a life experience replete with sorrows and successes. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and an M. Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary. He’s been serving with Church Resource Ministries since 2000.

Kirk Kirlin makes better leaders. If you want to free him to do what he does best, this event is for you. Tijeras Creek is the perfect venue to get together with friends, play some of Orange County's best golf, and support a great cause. Who knows? You might even win a timeshare week in Hawaii while you're at it! At the very least, you'll leave inspired that you've done something truly helpful for the larger church because great leaders make great churches and Kirk Kirlin makes good leaders great!

-- Tom Cramer, Associate Presbytery Pastor of the Presbytery of Los Ranchos, Presbyterian Church USA
