Fourth Annual Falcon 5K

It's time to proudly soar through the fields! It's time for our Fourth Annual Falcon 5k - a charity run that takes place in our beautiful community of San Rafael.

Here's What You Get:

• A fully supported 5k that is fun for all levels of runners*. All runners will have a bib, access to water stations, and friendly volunteers to guide you. 
• Charming views of the Marin Civic Center and the surrounding Santa Venetia community.
• A run that accommodates all skill levels*. The path is flat, largely paved, and easy to follow.
• Pre-race activities led by our MC to warm you up!
• An amazing medal featuring our mascot, Falco Blue.
• Post-run snacks and water that are a perfect treat for recovery. It will be a great time with friends, both new and old. 

*After the initial 5K, we will offer a shorter run for younger kids around the field at Venetia Valley School, so everyone can be a part of the fun!

8:00: Registration/Check-In Opens

9:00: The race begins - head off and soar!

10:00: Kids Run

10:30: Closing ceremonies (until next year!)

Who We Are

The Falcon 5k is a run that is put on by Venetia Valley School. We are a Title 1 public school that services students who from all over San Rafael and are in grades TK-8th. Our purpose is to support the school athletics programs and enhance our sense of community. All proceeds from this race go right back into our school to pay for supplies and programs for our 750+ students.
