On Sunday, September 11, renowned composer Andrea Clearfield and performance artist Alya Howe will bring together a diverse group of great talents for an evening of artistic exploration at the Fourth Anniversary Salon at Justice Snow’s.
Dr. Clearfield and Ms. Howe have co-curated a program of dynamic performances including music, poetry and dance in the intimate and historic setting of the Parlor at Justice Snow’s Restaurant + Bar in downtown Aspen. Tickets are $25 per person and include one complimentary glass of wine and passed hors d’oeuvres.

1. Flutist Michele McGovern performs interdisciplinary original works narrated by Alya Howe
2. Stephanie Nilles, singer/songwriter/pianist, performs original works-in-progress from an operatic radio play based on Shakespeare’s Othello reset in post-Katrina New Orleans
3. Jazz vocalist and violinist KaroliNa performs excerpts from her latest CD, Songs of Hope
4. Jason Rodon and Janet Harriman perform classical works on vibraphone and harp
5. Spoken word artist Kristin Carlson performs original poetry
6. Youth marimba ensemble Flying Mallets perform a dynamic, joyful mix of music from Africa and beyond
