Mindfulness is a very simple concept that can be learned easily. Numerous well-documented studies have shown that the benefits of mindfulness practice include stress reduction, a decrease in anxiety and depression, reduced worry, less emotional reactivity, improved well-being and even a strengthened immune system.

BENEFITS OF MINDFULNESS TRAINING:
- The ability to calm the mind on demand
- Clarity of mind leading to increased self-awareness
- Emotional resilience, especially in response to stress and emotional pain

Regular mindfulness practice has the potential to prevent burnout and stress. This is because paying attention can help a person to better manage stress. This self-awareness also increases self-compassion, reduces anxiety and decreases the chance of emotional burnout.
