Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. Choose your pace or follow a pacer—pets, friends, family, are welcome.

Shop 16-19 G/F, Two Artlane, 1 Chung Ching St, Sai Ying Pun
Run location: Start from Rootdown coffee shot, go through the Sun Yat Sen Park, run along the Victoria Harbour, via Shun Tak Centre, ending at Star Ferry terminal/AXA Wheel. We will run/loop back to our meeting point at Rootdown.

We typically run for 30 minutes (easy/social/chatty pace), target 5K, with pre- and post-run stretch (10 minutes), then (optional) snack/coffee nearby (45~60 minutes). You may join late and/or join just for coffee. You may store bags/water at the meeting location.
We run regardless of weather (eg, rain, typhoon 1), unless specifically noted as 'cancelled' on this post.
