Hear from our guest speaker Dr. Brad Ward Professor of Business Administration at Milligan University. Explaining the framework for motivating employees. Answering the impossible question of what persuades an employee to create meaningful work.

Dr. Brad Ward received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, a master of arts in organizational management from Spring Arbor University, and his doctor of business administration from George Fox University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt through the American Society for Quality/Villanova University.

Brad recently published the book, The Motivated Worker: A Manager’s Guide to Improving Job Satisfaction, through McFarland Publishing. Additional double blind, peer reviewed works have been published in the Journal of Ethics & Entrepreneurship, the IUP Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Community College Journal of Research and Practice. He also presented at multiple Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society conferences.
