Foundations of Yoga (6 Week Course, Spring 2018)

Whether you're a complete beginner or have practiced yoga before, these six Sunday morning classes are designed to help you discover yoga in a safe and supportive environment or revisit the fundamentals of yoga if you're returning to your practice.

During our 60 minute classes I will introduce you to the basic yoga postures (asanas), safe alignment and breathing techniques (pranayama). You'll leave each class feeling positive and refreshed for the rest of the weekend.

Regular yoga practice can be a valuable tool for unleashing body-confidence, promoting mindfulness & raising self-esteem. So why not make a date with yourself each Sunday morning?

What can I bring into the event?

If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along!

(Otherwise you can select the '6 Week Course + Yoga Mat' option and you'll get a good quality yoga mat which you can practice on between classes).
